At ProFlex Recovery, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened recovery products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts are final sale unless faulty.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page or email with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
Our support team will provide return instructions if your return is approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item if eligible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
All shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase — no hidden charges.

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
If you haven’t received tracking details within a few days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
ProFlex Recovery is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delays & Lost Shipments
While we aim to deliver all orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues or external factors.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact our support team and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
